Return & Refund Policy

At Zappy, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the disposable, single-use nature of Zappy chargers, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Used or partially used chargers

  • Opened packaging

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Compatibility issues not caused by a manufacturing defect

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • The original, unopened packaging

We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim after inspection.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Single disposable chargers

  • 5-pack and 10-pack bundles

  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items

Refund Method (If Approved)

If a refund is approved at our sole discretion:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Zappy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier

No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

We actively monitor for refund abuse, chargeback fraud, and misuse of our policies.

Any suspicious activity may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refund refusal

  • Permanent account restriction

Policy Updates

Zappy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
