Shipping Policy

At Zappy, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please review this shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. Zappy is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Zappy is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders affected by address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. Zappy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation. No refunds or replacements will be issued for such cases.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Policy Enforcement

Zappy reserves the right to refuse service, deny reshipments or refunds, and restrict future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of our policies.

Policy Changes

Zappy reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
